There are legit reasons some people need OTCs dispensed in RX bottles (i.e. unusual directions, trouble reading OTC labels, etc,)

Dispensing fees are standard. It’s how companies recoup some of the cost of doing business. But you forgo them when you buy OTC.

Got my once a day 81mg aspirin at Walmart otc for $0.98. My friend got hers as an rx and our pills are EXACTLY the same. She paid $4. Crazy

Make sure you check the IRS eligibility eligibility because not all OTC drugs are eligible purchases through a hsa, fsa, or hra. ins csr person here.
