Yes the prequels were such an important part of me growing up and was what the orignal trilogy was for the kids of 70’s and early 80’s.

As a kid they were fun adventure films but as an adult i can really appreciate the world building and it’s creativity by many people working on them.

That’s because the films sucked. The acting and directing was TERRIBLE! Dialogue was so bad so many cringy scenes. But this man was not at fault.
