@crunchywithasideofcake: Scar tissue can continue forming for up to 12 to 18 months post surgery, stitches, etc. This surgery is just over 4 months old and I've only recently been able to work with it. During that time, scar tissue will change. It'll get bumpy and look worse before it gets better. Over time it'll flatten and lighten after consistent scar massage.
