warning! a lot of pole studios don’t allow rosin grip aid because of the residue it leaves - the sap it leaves is extremely difficult to remove

Yea so imma have to try this cuz for some reason my hands sweat through any other grip aids nothing works for me I pray this helps🙏🏻

if you dont want a aerosol spray, you can make it with rosin & rubbing alchohol(1:1) & put it in a travel bottle. especially handy for partner tricks.
