Just a thought but then AP’s are wifi6 with mesh? Outbuilding looks about 10M from the house. So could of just used the AP as your gateway….

Guess the idea of network down there was after power had been run. I’d just use external ethernet and go down side of garden.

I just use a repeater that uses the mains cabling to send the signal. Works fine in my workshop.
