More Ki points would help. Too many stats to optimize for point buy/standard array players. Stunning strike fails too often for the resource cost

Let’s not forget fighters gets even better if you’re fully unarmed as it bumps up to a D8 then, really odd to be sure when monks exist

The unarmed fighting style is low key worse because if you don't have another weapon or shield it's 1d8

Monk is fun, wish it scaled a little better. I was conflicted when the fighting style dropped. It was so fun, yet so telling.

Honestly either bumping up the monks martial art die by 1 to either 2d4 or 1d6 would be the easiest way to bring them up without them outpacing others

monk needs more extra attack. no reason a guy can swing a sword 10x in 6 sec and I can only punch 4x.

The amount of Ki you get is bullshit, and the damage absolutely should scale better. I'd like to see the ki abilities expand, as well.

I think monks are married to two stats even though most are married to one and that upsets me, plus monk relies heavily on the DM making room for them
