But increasing by 20% doesn’t give the same result as decreasing by 20%. 100 minutes would be down to 80, but 80 would only be up to 96.

That math doesn't work... Not hating but 350-25%=262.5 but 262.5+25%=328.125 thats kind of a big difference. Just saying...
