Egg plant takes on a lot of flavour, it's yum fried or roasted with bacon capsicum onion garlic mushrooms tomatoes with spaghetti olive

We always cut them and soak in water and salt for about 20 mins takes out all the sap that can make them sour xx

Eggplant lasagne is amazing. Just slice it and replace the pasta with the eggplant. ☺️☺️

ok, I just tried 🍆 and the key is cut 1 cm and soak in water for hour, dip in flour and salt and then egg and fry!! 🥰🥰🥰
