I live in canada, and in walmart where the sell elf camo concealer, the darkest shade they have could barely work for my fair skin Egyptian friend.

I think a lot of the time it’s the store itself - the store in my town has fenty but only 5 light-medium shades and that’s it 🤷🏽♀️
