I gave up arguing with my doctors. I keep gaining weight, so tired I can’t stand it etc. But they always say You’re labs are WNL. They don’t care.

Very important question! Mine was removed like 8 years ago. It was completely taken out cause a 3.8 CM nodule, goiter was pushing on my windpipe. Having the same problem not being able to breathe close to the site. What can I ask my dr cause I am in the hospital still. ?

I had my thyroid out and it grew back. I'm on levothyroxine. With and without medicine my blood work is the same that I'm fine but I have symptoms.

My mom has had her thyroid removed “3” times. Perfect thyroid levels, does not take meds and chemically killed. She chokes when swallowing. Thoughts

Um…doc. Perhaps you missed the class where they talk about the PITUITARY gland as the master gland? Including producing TSH to signal the thyroid. Smh
