I remember sitting in my antenatal class in London thinking they’d cover everything, but all they said was "be gentle" and "listen to your body" and then sent us home. 😭😭 The truth is after 20 weeks your body changes SO much. Your center of gravity shifts, your balance isn’t the same, and your bump needs protection more than ever. But no one tells you that certain positions without proper support can lead to pressure on your abdomen, back strain, dizziness, and even fall risk for both you and your partner. I’ve seen mums in Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Glasgow, Liverpool, Sheffield, Bristol, Newcastle, Leicester, Nottingham, Cardiff, Belfast, Southampton and Portsmouth all asking the same questions in my DMs because they felt lost too. And it’s not just UK mamas!!! My sisters in Berlin 🇩🇪, Munich, Hamburg and Frankfurt in Germany are dealing with this. My girls in Paris 🇫🇷, Lyon and Marseille in France.
