Actually if it’s real raw honey, it can last over millennia- searcher found food in honey jars from Roman time that still was edible. They even tested organ meats in honey for 5 years and the ones with real high quality flower honey had only slight décoloration but the ones with honey from bees who received lots of sugar water as it is the case for most non local non organic honeys, they didn’t hold the test. The best is to find a local organic honey producer, it would be more expensive but worth the while as the quality of the flowers decides of the quality and enzymes of the honey

still the best drink! even added lime in my mix for extra flavour! and I love how I can leave it in the fridge for months! mine that has been in my fridge for 3 months still tastes amazing!
