ONLY WAY Tequila Lime Chicken 🐓 Recipe below ⤵️⤵️⤵️ I first want to say “Thank you” to my Uncle Art Barros who gave me the opportunity to work at “Nana Dora’s” at a young age to give me the tools I needed to bring you this Recipe!  Also,Tequila is my drink of choice so when @Siempre Tequila sent me their Supremo which is 47% and still smooth I knew I had to light a bird on FYR with their Tequila! 🥃  Ingredients:  1 Whole Chicken  1/2 Cup Siempre Supremo Tequila 4 Limes  3 Tbsp @FYR Red Hot Sauce  1/4 Cup your Favorite Chicken Rub 1 lb Pinto Beans  6 Slices of Bacon  2 Jalapeños  1/4 Yellow Onion  1 lb White Rice  1/4 Cup Tomato Bouillon w/ Chicken Flavor 1/3 Cup Frozen Peas & Carrots  3 Tbsp Butter  1 Tbsp Salt  1 Tbsp Pepper  For the Tequila Lime Chicken:  1. Squeeze lime juice all over the Chicken  2. Rub FYR Red Hot Sauce all over the Chicken as a binder  3. Use your favorite Chicken Rub  4. Set Smoker or Oven to 375 degrees and cook for 1 1/2 hours until the breast reads 165 degrees  5. Take out placing a 1/2 pan underneath and pour the Tequila all over the Chicken 6. Light the Chicken on fire and let burn off the alcohol  7. Squeeze on more lime juice when serving For the Frijoles:  1. Take out the rocks and split beans  2. Soak the beans in water overnight  3. In a pot and beans, Jalapeños, Onions and cook for 45 minutes on medium heat with the lid on 4. When beans are fully cooked add in chopped cooked bacon 5. Serve with Cojita Cheese and salt and pepper to taste  For the Mexican Rice:  1. Wash the white rice to get out as much starch as possible  2. In a pan add rice and fill with rice (ratio 1:2) For 1 cup of rice add 2 cups of water 3. Add in Tomato Bouillon, Peas, Carrots, and Butter 4.
