Pro tip… it’s wayyyyyy quicker and better tasting food if you add some water in the bottom. Steams it. Obviously won’t work for sandwiches(soggy)

I had one for the winter roads! used it for local work too.. those banana bread tins are perfect. Heats up to 300F if I remember correctly.
