Mine measures 3-4 weeks ahead because my uterus is maximum capacity with a small baby but not too much amniotic fluid

My doctor has not done this once and I’m 32 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. My old dr did it with my first 2, but not this one. is there a reason why?

I went in my 32wk appt. got told I'm measuring ahead and need an ultrasound. I don't feel like she did it to top of baby I feel like she just measured my whole stomach. didn't use any pressure to feel
