Some perks of their prenatal vitamin is it’s gel coated and has a lemony taste. I had a ton of vomiting with my pregnancies and it helped a ton.

Im anemic and I have a vitamin d deficiency and I have had to take perscription strength vitamins before, but now all I take is a woman's one a day(1)
