Started on meds at 48. Amongst many things, meds help me start tasks. Would have saved much anxiety & late nights at school/uni

Actually, my grades have gone down slightly since being medicated, however, stress level has dropped by like 50% cause using skills is easier

Stimulants do not affect memory!!!!! This is important to understand. It helps adhd people focus when orherwise they couldn’t
