Problem here is, people fit combis instead of system boilers because they're cheaper, but a 30kw combi, won't be equivalent to a 30kw system.

You should probably mention that you need to take the hot water from the combi to at least one outlet.

You’d need 2 zone valves, otherwise heating be coming on with hot water.
