Find my cookbooks in my bio 👀💖 - (Strawberry Jam) ✰ 16 oz strawberries ✰ 2 tbsp monkfruit ✰ 1/2 tbsp cornstarch ✰ juice of 1/2 a lime (Cheesecake) ✰ 3 cups (680g) 0% free yogurt ✰ 1/2 cup low fat cool whip (or more yogurt) ✰ 1/3 cup monkfruit ✰ 1-2 tbsp jell-o sf pudding mix in cheesecake ✰ juice of one lime (Crumble) ✰ 1 1/2 cups Catalina crunch cereal (in cinnamon or graham cracker) - swap regular graham crackers ✰ 1 tbsp low fat butter 1. On a pan on low, add strawberries, monkfruit and cornstarch until strawberries soften then mash. Optional step: blend 3/4 of the jam at the end so it’s smoother. 2. Mix together all cheesecake ingredients. 3. Crush cereal (can blend to make it easier) then add butter. 4. In a deep dish, layer in order: 3/4 of cheesecake, 3/4 of strawberry jam, 3/4 of crumble, swirl, then rest of cheesecake, jam and crumble and swirl again. 5.
