grandpa said the leaves were to shade the produce in the heat of summer. I get this though and have taken out big stems. Let me know how well it works

I started cutting any branch BELOW fruit last year. I harvested numerous huge zuccinni per plant!!

this is a great way to grow zucchini ans such.. pruning seems to keep the bugs off, more than less.

You should never prune google stems…..allows bacteria to enter and any seeds saved will not grow from this
