I’ve never heard them say outgrown. Worn or defective, yes. Outgrown is unethical. My 2yo isn’t wearing the same pants for a year.

Eventually that will drive up the cost of Target clothes for kids. Which sucks if you aren’t a person who would return used clothing on principle.

I feel like this is great for when you buy on a sale but then your child out grows it before its in season. I wouldn't do it with well worn clothing.
