I do pickup or Instacart but only when they’re offering $20/$45 off. My local Kroger had $15 off order pickup. It isn’t s lot but it helps.

I clip coupons on Safeway. I check for meat mostly. It definitely does help. My coupons usually bring it to 40% savings and I’m in WA.
