That’s not your dryer vent 😂 it’s the tube that comes out the back of the dryer! That needs to be cleaned it’s a fire hazard!

Good job but that’s not the vent. The “vent” usually goes from the machine to outside your house.

I have to do this once a month. I don't have the attachment so I use the blower on shop vac, blows out what ever is left in the vent, so fun to do😅

This is effective! However to truly clean the dryer you should disassemble the dryer enough to access the interior cabinet to clean the motor/element
