@mareishmedia: Reply to @ccharlotteanne We used a Lycra neck hood and cut holes to pull the sections of mane through. We use nontoxic temporary hair chalk that we purchased on Amazon. We colored each section and then we dried her mane out in the sun before removing the hood. It wasn’t a perfect solution but it mostly stopped the color transfer onto her neck.
