You don’t gotta change oil in a mercedes every 4000 miles. The recommended time to change is around 7000-10000 miles.

***I do NOT drain the oil cooler, the one time I did the plug came out stripped and had to replace the whole cooler, but it can easily be done***

No way the designed it so that you have to remove the entire undertray to access the drain bolt. 🤦♂️

Just an fyi they don’t recommend that you use the engine flush every time. Should only be used every 30-50k miles once to clean out deposits.

Yes with todays prices it’s worth doing oil changes at home, had a customer who owns a BMW 8 series and the cost of his oil change was $370. 11 qts 🤯

The service light can also be reset via instrument cluster, there’s a tutorial on my channel, but it’s just as easy via scan tool while scanning
