I’ve had one of these to view my vocal cords. It’s not nearly as bad as it looks. My doctor sprays numbing spray first.

A ent dr. Told me my sinus looked normal, 3 more Nathan layer, saw a different dr. He said they were extremely inflamed! Love how you care for peeps🥰
