I was myself put on the diet from the rheumatologist and I still very much have all the symptoms of fibro.... And if anything mine got worse. 😢

My pain specialist (who also has fibro) gave me a lignocain and magnesium infusion, it last only 3weeks,but best 3wks of my 25years of fibro
