Getting off hormonal birth control and onto the copper IUD has been a huge positive for me. Insertion/removal needs to be done with pain meds tho.

I had mine removed about 6 months ago and it has been great! I feel so much better!

Honestly, the depression I felt on birth control is the sole reason I couldn't stay on it. I spent those 4 months unable to leave a bed.

I had similar issues with getting mine removed. I ultimately went with a hysterectomy though. Best decision ever.
