I specifically sought out a job that was remote. My company is country wide, so I can keep my job even when we move! Huge perk for a military family

Didn’t stats come out saying work productivity went up since people were able to work from home? Idk why some companies want to force people back 🙃

Or is it a ploy so Tesla doesn’t need to pay severance when people voluntarily find a new job? 🤔

With the price of gas and diesel returning could be considered a pay cut

I would quit. It’s ridiculous that companies think they NEED in person work. It’s a waste of resources.

I will never go back. I started right before the pandemic in September 2019 and it’s never changing for me.

I turned down a huge salary increase to remain at my WFH job. The commute+office culture were not worth the trade off.

I have a job that never stopped in person work. If I found a job with similar or better pay, I would stay home in a heartbeat.

I don’t do well working from home. That said, I think it should be an option as long as the work gets done.

So for working parents wfh was a game changer. Not daycare costs but getting a load of laundry in, starting dinner, having some time to be alone
