@skydoesfitness: MUST READ: Don’t get me wrong.. The Alternating DB Curl isn’t BAD.. BUT.. It makes the set last twice as long and offers less metabolic stress and less consistent tension.. now to go against my video.. sure you’d be able more weight due to that extra rest/pausing but again if I’m within a set, I want have focused work on the muscles at play the entire time 💪🏾 .........#bicepworkout #workoutideas #bicepcurls #trainingtips #getinshape #buildingmuscle #getfit #fyp #hypertrophy
