full recipe and macros below! 👇  chicken ceasar salad wraps 🌯🥗: Ingredients (Makes 5 Servings) - 1 large head of romaine lettuce, finely chopped - 2 large chicken breasts (about 1.2 lbs)  - 5 oz parmesan cheese (2 tbsp per serving) - 1 bag of croutons - 5 large tortillas for wraps (I did the Xtreme Wellness wraps, but any large tortilla will work) - 1 bottle of light Caesar dressing (2 tbsp per serving) Spice Mixture for Chicken (I did not measure, I just sprinkled my chicken generously with the following) : - Oregano - Paprika - Garlic powder - Onion powder - McCormick roasted garlic and bell pepper seasoning - Parsley - Juice of 1 lemon  - salt and pepper to taste  Instructions: Chicken: 1. Season the chicken breasts with the spice mixture ingredients.  2. Grill (or cook) the chicken breasts until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F, then let them cool completely and then cut into small cubes. Salad Jars: 1. Using 32 oz mason jars, divide the sliced chicken and chopped lettuce evenly between 5 jars (chicken first, then lettuce). 2. Top each jar with 2 tbsp of parmesan cheese. 3. In separate containers, add 2 tbsp of Caesar dressing for each serving. 4. Store in the fridge until ready to eat. Assembly: 1. When ready to eat, add the dressing to the salad jar and shake vigorously until everything is well combined. 2. Transfer the salad mixture to a tortilla wrap. 3. Add croutons on top (tip: crush your croutons into smaller pieces for a crunchy bite every time). 4. Wrap the tortilla tightly and cut in half. 5. I paired mine with a cup of fresh pineapple. 6. Enjoy!
