@lenkalenx: Here is an example of how i’ve been structuring my glute days. The order of exercises matter here. the first 2 should be your heaviest exercises that you want the most focus on they also have the least amount of quad involvement. Paired together they work the largest muscle of your glutes with different resistance profiles. you want to go heavy over time to see growth. I put kickbacks last since they aren’t as taxing but still a super effective exercise. #FitTok #GymTok #glutes
