Had a service on a cat 336 same issue on ac and fan not spinning got a quote for the fan for 1000dlls burnt out motor

I got a 963C just replaced ac compressor vacuumed system.filled with freon. low side 55 but high side kicks out around 350 n drops. thoughts?
