Engage the abdominal musculature (Belly tuck!) in a pliable manner to achieve subglottic pressure (Appoggio) with pure cord closure. 3. Allow the air to release through a narrow opening of the vocal cords in a pressurized, and energize manner supported by resisting the ascension of the diaphragm And elongating the exhalation process. Feel the abdominal working!!! 4.
