FYI it’s not that they are “doing nothing”. Once in administration the company legally cannot issue refunds/make payments etc.

Administration doesnt mean its closed. It means theyve got someone in to try and save it first before liquidation.

If you bought with debit card ask your bank for a charge back. Or credit card ask for a section 75!
