My EDS body looks young outside, but on the inside it feels like I’m an 85 yr old woman who sounds like she’s imitating a glow stick but not glowing.

It took me two decades to admit my epilepsy was disabling. It took literally only not being able to work anymore at all to admit it.

I also have EDS and if my ADHD or ASD isn't causing me issues, it's that. I didn't get diagnosed until I was 31 after years of struggling. it sucks.

A lifetime of gaslighting makes you feel embarrassed to admit it. Finding a good doctor and a supporting community makes a huge difference.
