Ingredients for 2: 400g new potatoes 1 tsp olive oil 300g chicken breast seasoned with 1 tsp paprika, salt and pepper Spinach Sauce: 60ml low fat cream, 1 tbsp paprika, 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard, 1 tbsp Worcester sauce, 1 tbsp honey Method: 1. Cut potatoes into chunks, coat in olive oil, salt and pepper. Air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees C. 2. Add all of the sauce ingredients into a jar and shake to mix. 3. Next, flatten the chicken and season with salt, pepper and paprika then pan fry on each side 4. Finally, add in the spinach and the creamy sauce. 5.
