Its just crazy, I haven’t had my periods for 5months not(pcos long story) i went to the gym for a day and later in the evening they were there💪🏽

2/2 didn’t improve. I have recently seen a lovely endocrinologist who is the first Dr whose listened to me. Waiting for my VSG referral appt x

After vsg my cycles are always regular, my doctor says I show no symptoms of pcos in my blood work anymore. 🙌🏽
