There are little kits on Amazon. Tiny rubber bands that’s kill the blood flow and it will fall off eventually

Just a warning sometimes they grow back . They removed mine and it grew back . Used apple cider and vinegar and cotton then put plaster on it .

i did this with my mole. It eventually grew back and got removed by my dermatologist for free bc it had a weird shape 🤓 mission failed successfully

Skin tags are caused by high insulin levels. Get levels under control and they will diminish on their own.
