Both are great. Muenster is a great melter for sandwhiches. And the port salut is best for a cheese board.

growing up woth munster cheese, it's nothing like Swiss. Swiss is more bitter or has more of a bite to it. munster is great with a bowl of frijoles.

after trying both of these, the flavor is very similar. port salut is lighter flavor, but a better spread cheese :).
