It’s ramen - ramen is soup. So both ways are correct. I personally prefer half drained, little water, whereas my bf does soup add chives and egg.

I actually put the spice in the water, then boil so the noodles absorb alllll the flavour! And I eat it with whatever liquid is left. No draining!👌🏻

I’m glad there is such a split on this and I’m not the only one 😂 the directions (now that I’ve read them) do not mention draining them 😳 so whoops
