i remember getting my door taken off just for me to put it back on my own. my parents weren't even mad, they were proud 😭. (door got taken off because my sister and I wouldn't stop fighting) 🤣

The door thing I disagree, if they get caught things in their room such as smoking, drugs or drinking, they have lost their privacy for a while.

my kids know why I don't like doors being slammed. it's a trigger. if they accidentally slam a door they pop back out and apologize. we talk openly😁
