me nd bubba had flu last month.. I kept the steamer on all night.. helped so much to both of us and woke up feeling much better

Unfortunately there’s not a lot you can do. Humidifier and saline spray will help a lot and you can even try a vapor bath, and a steamy bathroom.

Freeze Vicks rub into an ice cube tray and fill it with water and freeze. Have a hot shower with him, and put a few of the IceCubes in the shower 🥰

I put eucalyptus drops on my bubs singlet.. it’s helps clear his nose.. hope it helps mama 🥰

I brought my little one In the bathroom with me while I had a really hot bath and she chilled on the floor on her play mat and the steam really helped

I love my humidifier with eukybear eucalyptus oil 👌🏽👌🏽 and for a runny nose Brauer's Baby & Child Runny Nose. Can get both at chemist warehouse

My husband & I take turns with his sleeping upright on us. Vicks, fess spray, stand in bathroom with hot shower on(steam).

when my little one was sick n very much congested I'd go steam up the shower for abit sit in the bathroom with her n she'd sneeze it up/brakes it up

Stand in the bathroom with the shower on as really hot and just let the steam fill the room ! Try to use the nose sucker things and get all the stuff

We cranked eucalyptus during the night in a humidifier, baby vix, used the haaka aspirator (life saver), saline drops and Panadol. Worked a treat!

Rub his chest with some Vicks and boil some eucalyptus leaves on the stove and let the steam hit the whole house it helps a lot with my kids
