Interestingly, in normal grief a patient may experience visions or hear the deceased persons voice. That’s okay, normal, & expected. Reassure them 💙

B! So important we as clinicians do our best to normalise & not over-medicalise regular grief, when the patient is otherwise safe and functioning. 🥰

However, if patient is suìcidal, with feelings of worthlessness and hopelessness, this is not normal grief, & it is likely dèpression! Treat them ❤️
