Mom of multiples here: There R pain relievers/sleep aids considered safe in pregnancy. Carrying as long as possible is safer even if it means meds.

I've seen videos of people who get the long baby carry wraps & there is ways to wrap your body to hold up some of the weight of being pregnant.

My dd was low transverse, and her head was compressing pelvic nerves, even affecting my hip. It wasn't delightful, but she was worth it.Hang in there!
