I was told by a plumber to always rinse the dishes. Because not all dishwashers have disposals. I live now in a foreign country now and am the washer.

One more hack, Auntie Babs. You can place you detergent tab in the little basket on the center front of the top drawer! We’ve got the same dishwasher

Not everything can be put in the dishwasher. And the can cause cookware to pit. Plus,don’t hand wash under running water .

ok, so this is an ad for Cascade Platinum. My dishwasher runs about 3 & 1/2 hours, not sure how that's saying money. Also, not rinsing 1st leaves

Babs! I’m surprised you actually put the pod in the Al dispenser holder! Toss it in the bottom of dishwasher and dishes come out much cleaner!
