UPSIDE DOWN FLOWER TARTS 🌸🍅 If you're looking for a quick snack, lunch or appetiser then try this out! It's so cute, the kids will love creating their own and it's definitely one that your family and friends will love at gatherings. Perfect for the summer holidays next month! ☀️ Ingredients 1 sheet of puff pastry Cherry tomatoes Olive oil, a mix of herbs and spices Grated parmesan Salt and pepper 1 beaten egg Basil Method • Line a oven tray with baking paper, a sheet of puff pastry comes with some! • Drizzle some oil onto the baking paper along with some herbs and spices. Oregano, chilli flakes, thyme, paprika go really well with tomatoes. • Get creative and make your flower, get the little ones involved too! • Sprinkle some parmesan on top. • Cut out circles that are just a little bit bigger than the flower. Use a cutter or a bowl. Then place on top, use a fork to seal and also add a few holes using the fork, see reel for guidance. • Brush on some egg wash, follow instructions on your puff pastry packaging. I baked mine at 190°C for about 15 minutes until it was golden. • Careful flip over the tarts using a spatula, add some salt and pepper and a basil leaf for that extra touch! Yogurt Muffins Recipe 🤍 These yogurt muffins are delightfully fluffy and soft, perfect for a quick breakfast or a sweet snack in between.🥰 📝 Ingredients: - 125 g all-purpose flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 pinch of salt - 60 g sugar - 1 egg (size M) - 60 ml vegetable oil - 120 g plain yogurt 🤍 Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with 6 paper liners. 2. In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. 3. In a separate bowl, lightly whisk the egg. Add the sugar, vegetable oil, and yogurt, mixing well until smooth. 4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, gently mixing until just combined. Be careful not to overmix to keep the muffins fluffy. 5. Divide the batter evenly among the 6 muffin liners, filling each about two-thirds full. 6. Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for 18-20 minutes, or until they are golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. 7. Remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool in the tin for a few minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
