@thehowsph: Story: Our apartment got flooded during the Ulysses typhoon in Nov 2020. We stayed on the roof of our neighbor for 10 hours together with our rescues. Some of our neighbors spotted and rescued this dog from the flood water. We just knew his story after the flood water went down and most of us started going down to our houses and no one was getting him out of the roof. #dogtok #dogs #rescuedog
