Just posted a similar video. Except the campground had a double 30 amp to 50 amp connector and 2x 30s at the pedestal. Check it out. Ran full power.

You can run 2 ac units on 30 amps, but starting them draws a lot more power. Soft starts will allow both ac units to run on 30 amps

lookup the camco powergrip maximizer. let's you use the 30amp plug and the 20amp plug in the stand
