This has worked for about every rooster and drake I've had!!! "mount them"/hold them down as if you were another rooster and then carry them around

I’ve done this with roosters and trained them to not be mean towards humans - never had a rooster too rough with hens though so far

This is how I’ve trained every puppy. Gently put them down and wait for submissive rollover then immediately release.

My rooster no longer attacks me. You can absolutely retrain a rooster. I just carry a stick around the yard and he leaves me alone.
